Now, a new $ 2 Billion chunk has just been announced.
Meet “Viva”, four skyscrapers by Wellpointe – a corporation best known for residential and assisted living developments. Currently billed as an “affordable senior living center”, it will feature over 3000 units in buildings ranging from 34 to 42 stories tall – easily the highest towers in the West Valley.
Supported by Mayor Karen Bass and Councilman Bob Blumenthal, it’s an aggressive push for more affordable Los Angeles housing.
Woodland Hills and Calabasas are becoming a commercial and residential hub rivaling anything in Los Angeles. It will anchor our already healthy home prices for many years into the future.
